WHMIS Purchase Details
Option 1: Basic WHMIS for Individuals
Create your personal training account by entering your name, email address and phone number. Your name will be printed on the Certificate of Completion. Your email address is required to send your login information to access the WHMIS training materials and take the online WHMIS test. Your phone number is required as a reference for support.
The next step is the online payment. SafeAndCertified.com uses PayPal, which is one of the world's leading payment processing. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and you do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase your online WHMIS training. You will be redirected to a secure page on the PayPal payment processing site where you can enter your credit card and billing address information. Upon successful payment you are redirected back to the SafeAndCertified.com site and your purchase transaction is complete. Within a few minutes you will receive an email confirming your purchase transaction and a second email with a link to the Trainee login and a username and access code. You will then be able to login to your personal training account, view the materials, listen to the audio narration and when ready take your WHMIS test online.
Upon submitting the test you can view your test results and once you have successfully passed the test you are able to view and print your personal WHMIS certificate. The certificate of completion includes a full size and wallet size WHMIS certificate. Click on the Personal WHMIS Certificate link to create your personal training account now. Your personal access code is valid for one year allowing you to log in and reprint your personal certificate if needed. If you do not pass the test on the first attempt you can retake the test as required at no additional cost. When it is time for retraining or just a refresher and retest you can purchase a new access code in the same personal training account allowing you to view your personal training history.
Option 2: WHMIS for Companies
After filling out your company information, one of our Customer Account representatives will contact you with instructions on how you can access your account. Once logged in, you can enter your employees and issue them access codes.
When each employee passes their online WHMIS test they receive a Certificate similar to the one below which comes in a full size format and as a wallet size WHMIS certificate. Both are available to be printed on completion of the test and can also be emailed as a .PDF version
As the Company Administrator you have access to all your employee training records showing when they accessed the system, their individual test results, and their certificate of completion. You can view their training history, drill down to the test results, and reprint their certificate. If you have a WHMIS inspection and need to provide the backup to support your WHMIS training, you will have this information available in seconds.
