Customer Account Assistant – Immediate Position Available
SafeAndCertified.com Inc. has an immediate opening for a Customer Account Assistant. This position is an administrative position working with Online Training and Testing clients. The main functions include entering new account setups in an online training database to allow new clients to log in as Admin users, to register their employees for online training courses. The Customer Account Assistant (CAA) works with the Customer Account Manager once an agreement is in place with a new client to get the Account Setup Form completed and entered into the online training database. The CAA then ensures that the client receives their Admin Access Codes and all account documentation. Attention to detail and good computer skills are required.
The ability to work within processes to continuously improve the level of service and quality is very important. Good communications skills are essential. This position has the opportunity to lead into other opportunities to be involved with the product development as well as development of support and marketing materials.
