Air Medical Resource Management
Air Medical Resource Management is a specialized course created for a company that provides this training, mainly to helicopter pilots and medical response personnel. This was a custom course created by converting a set of PowerPoint training materials into a seven module course. Each slide has an audio narration and specific images and video to support the material.
The modules are completed in progression with each module configured as a prerequisite to the next, and there is a final test used to measure the level of knowledge of each trainee. Upon successful completion of the online AMRM course, trainees are then eligible to attend a two day facilitator led training course.
The benefit to the trainees and their companies is a day less off the job and travelling for training. The facilitator is also able to deliver important prerequisite information and video materials so participants show up ready for the interactive portion of the training where they facilitator's expertise and interaction of the trainees will be more fully appreciated.
