Sales Certification
Many associations have levels of professional designation to insure the integrity of their members performance and to provide a level of accreditation the public can count on when purchasing from a member organization.
The Manitoba Motor Dealers Association (MMDA) manages a Sales Certification program for their dealer members which consists of over 140 New Car Dealerships and Association members. This certification had been previously managed by offering classroom style workshops throughout Winnipeg and rural Manitoba for several years.
MMDA now uses a custom online system to deliver training and testing and manage the certification process. This has resulted in huge cost savings. The cost of delivering face-to-face training and travel has steadily gone up and the cost of delivering online training and testing has come down.
