Online Safety Courses
There are many courses which your employees are required to take in order to comply with Safety and Health regulations. Our goal is to provide a complete list of courses allowing you to manage all of your training records within the Company Administration module of SafeAndCertified.com. Online WHMIS Training was the first course and comes in three versions. Ergonomics and Supervisory Skills training were added in the last quarter of 2008. We will continue to add to our course selection in 2009.
Courses such as WHMIS training; are awareness courses. Employees need to be aware of the regulations, the meaning behind the symbols, and have the ability to interpret and read an MSDS sheet. This is something that can be easily set up for you as an online course. When this training is followed with testing – it provides the “due diligence” that companies are seeking.
There are types of training which are specific to an organization, typically because there is a site specific aspect to this training. For this reason, there are courses that we are unable to offer. This is not to say that we would be unable to create a site specific training course for you, and tailor it to your needs. We have done this with myWORKSPACE WHMIS. To determine if this option is right for you, it really depends on the number of people that you need to train, and whether or not this training can be created economically.
SafeAndCertified.com does add courses on request so if you have an online safety training course contact us to see if we can make it available.
