Understanding Ergonomics
Ergonomics is a critical area of knowledge for all Workers, Supervisors, and Health & Safety Representatives. This course teaches the fundamental basics of ergonomics, and how to apply them. This course delivers information relating to material handling, workstation safety, safe sitting and general good practice body mechanics. This course is designed for front-line employees, Safety Committees and Safety Representatives.
The Ergonomics training is developed in the same modular design and includes a comprehensive test with a certificate of completion issued upon successful completion of the training materials and passing the course test.
